Associate Pastor

The First Baptist Church of Westfield is seeking to fill the position of Associate Pastor. 

Primary responsibilities include: assisting the Senior Pastor in the preaching and teaching ministry of the Church; develop, provide and lead in diversified programming for youth (grades 6-12) and young adults (ages 19-29); oversight and coordination of all aspects of congregation and outreach information sharing/processing and communication; leadership and program development for reaching defined church goals; perform administrative duties as required for pursuing the primary position responsibilities. 

Qualifications for position:  Successful candidate will be ordained with at least 2-3 years of pastoral experience; have proven experience working with youth and young adults and strong knowledge and understanding of social media and the implementation of technology for use in the church setting. 

This is a full time position.
