Shepherd Staff Search Firm

Shepherd Staff is a trusted executive search firm dedicated to serving churches and faith based organizations in their most important staffing decisions.

With decades of collective ministry and leadership experience, our team understands the realities churches face because we have lived them. Many of us have served as pastors, ministry leaders, and church staff, which allows us to approach every search with wisdom, discernment, and care.

We come alongside churches to listen well, understand their unique culture and needs, and walk with them through the hiring process. Our goal is not simply to fill a position, but to help churches identify leaders who are aligned spiritually, relationally, and missionally for long term health and impact.
