Ms. Cannon holds a Bachelor’s of Applied Arts & Sciences degree from Southwest Texas State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She is also credentialed as a Certified Public Manager, Certified Workforce Development Professional, Certified Critical Incident Professional and Certified Management Coach. Customers are benefited by cumulative knowledge and experience in management consulting, human resource management, training and development, coaching/facilitation, and counseling. Training Solutions has performed services as a contractor or subcontractor for national Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). Corporate customers, the State of Texas, federal patrons such as TriCare Management Activity, the Unites States Air Force, and various Workforce Boards throughout the country make up the remaining client portfolio. The company joins together seasoned providers with a broad-spectrum capability to tailor services in order to transform the projected goals of any organization into a reality. Currently, Training Solutions & Associates provides early intervention and transition services to companies and their employees.
