Job Description:
FACILITIES ASSOCIATE
We are seeking a full-time highly skilled, detail oriented associate whose primary responsibility is to ensure that the Church facilities are maintained. Candidate will perform a variety of semi-skilled and skilled manual work handling various job duties including but not limited to spackling of holes and painting, light janitorial work to include replacing light bulbs, vacuuming, garbage removal, disinfecting restrooms, light landscaping work such as trimming bushes, removal of weeds and leaves. Desired candidate will have a minimum of one year experience in janitorial and or maintenance work, a minimum of a High School Diploma; possess a personal vehicle and a valid NJ Drivers license. Incumbent must have physical dexterity to lift, bend, carry heavy items and climb ladders.
