Job Description:
Gayton Baptist Church, a growing congregation of 800+ (500 Sunday average) in the suburbs of Richmond, Virginia, is searching for a transformational leader to join our staff team and lead our High School Youth ministry.
The Minister of Youth for High School will be directly responsible for:
1.Overseeing the high school ministry of Gayton Baptist Church and directing the implementation of its mission and vision.
2.The development of relationships with all Gayton high school youth and their families to nurture their relationship with Christ.
3.The accessing of volunteers in building a web of relationships for each Gayton youth with multiple Christian adults in the church.
4.The management and efficient use of interns and other youth ministry staff.
5.The infusion of a joyful Christian atmosphere into all Gayton youth ministry programs.
