Large evangelical non-denominational church in Charlotte seeks Pastor of Family Ministry

The Pastor of Family Ministry will shepherd families by teaching, counseling and walking alongside families in the following areas: marriage preparation, marriage enrichment, parenting and single parenting, blended families, and divorce.
Specific responsibilities include:
Pastoral counseling to members (marital, pre-marital (Prepare/Enrich), men’s issues
Oversight of support group ministries (DivorceCare, GriefShare, Boundaries)
Teach and shepherd Adult Life Group of young married or blended families
Teach Wednesday night class related to specific family issues
Pastoral liaison for deaf ministry, HOME Ministry (ministry to adoptive families, foster care and orphans)
This position requires:
Minimum of MDiv or DMin in counseling or counseling concentration required from evangelical, conservative seminary
Minimum of five years full time pastoral experience in a mid to large church setting with multiple pastoral staff
Must be ordained, married, never divorced male
