Job Description:
TITLE: Executive Ministry Administrator
FUNCTION: The Executive Ministry Administrator is directly responsible to the General Overseer for the efficient administration of the Administrative affairs of the ministry so that the Mission and Ministry will be most fully served and advanced.
STATUS: Full time
1. General Duties & Requirements:
Manage all Administrative affairs of the ministry in direct liaison with the General Overseer, professional staff, support staff, and ministry.
a) Maintains social networks. Assist member phone calls and emails. Receive and process applications. Send out packets of information as needed. Process and proof credentials. Keep database updated. Produce monthly report and monthly billing. Contact members regarding payments. Working with clients to complete 501 (c) (3)s.
b) Scheduling of proctor interviews, create certificate. Send certificate to member.

2. Personnel Supervision:
a) Manages personnel matters for those directly supervised, and others as assigned.
b) Maintains personnel records and current job descriptions on ministry staff.
c) Works with the General Overseer to maintain a current Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual.
d) Keep ministry staff informed.
e) Stays current with all laws and regulations affecting personnel management.

3. Other Responsibilities:
a) Prepares articles for publication in brochures, newsletters, promotional materials, as well as procedure manuals.
b) Notifies the General Overseer when a member needs special attention.
c) Becomes familiar with the clients.
d) Creatively market the ministry.
e) Coordinate events and schedule banquets.
f) Must be outgoing and energetic.
g) Any other duties as assigned. The above duties are not intended to be an inclusive list.

4. Must have:
Bachelor’s in Business Administration
Excellent leadership skills
Excellent verbal skills
Excellent written communication, grammar, and proofing skills
Proficient computer knowledge

Salary negotiable based upon qualifications.
