The Spiritual Formation Pastor’s primary responsibility is to create and implement a strategic plan that embraces, supports and resources small groups, missional communities and large adult groups for the purpose of fostering continuing spiritual growth of every attendee. MISSION has a mixture of small groups, missional community groups and separate men’s and women’s ministries and is actively working to significantly increase these numbers.
