The Spiritual Formation Pastor’s primary responsibility is to create and implement a strategic plan that embraces, supports and resources small groups, missional communities and large adult groups for the purpose of fostering continuing spiritual growth of every attendee. MISSION has a mixture of small groups, missional community groups and separate men’s and women’s ministries and is actively working to significantly increase these numbers. Core to our Spiritual Formation vision is the objective of constantly moving people from a position of spiritual babes requiring much care to spiritual adults who can care for others and themselves.
