Church Facility Manager
We are a church with large campus consisting of 2,000 seat worship center, preK-8th grade Christian school building, sports and recreational facilities, and youth/office building. All these facilities and grounds require a person who loves the Lord, understands the priority of inviting and excellent environments, is able to lead and manage staff and tasks, can set priorities and achieve results within budget, on time, with a smile.
Skills and experience:
Knowledge of IT, HVAC, security, disaster response, custodial, grounds, ability to prioritize and manage multiple equipment and maintenance needs
Great attitude, team player, understands role as ministry
