ELEMENTARY WORSHIP PASTOR
Traders Point Christian Church, a large (current average attendance 4,000) and growing non-denominational church northwest of Indianapolis, has a mission to engage people with the love of God, inspire them to follow Jesus, and equip them to serve our world. We are currently looking for an experienced Elementary Worship Pastor to join the staff of our growing Children’s Ministry Department. We are seeking a spiritually mature Christ-follower with the ability and desire to provide a dynamic worship experience for children in 1st through 5th grade compatible with the teaching of the Elementary Pastor. This person will work in a peer relationship with our Elementary Pastor and share responsbility for recruiting and equipping volunteers and teams composed of adults and students as well as providing pastoral care to children, their parents and volunteers of the Elementary Ministry. This is a pastoral, salaried position which requires 40 to 50 hours per week.
