Production Director

Demonstrated success with building and managing teams

Successfully manage multiple projects
Efficiently manage a production schedule
Working knowledge of Pro Presenter, Vista, Yamaha DM2000 sound board, Aviom monitoring system, Final Cut, The Adobe Creative Sweep
Hands on experience with web-based video technologies
Ability to effectively identify, organize, and assess resources
Ability to give creative feedback to the team.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead efforts to help achieve the mission of Christ Church through technology
Coordinate all technology aspects for multiple services on multiple campuses
Work with the Lead Pastor and Campus Pastors for video venue worship
Collaborate with worship team for technology needs
Collect and produce videos for worship services
Produce video for other ministries as needed
Oversee audio needs for worship services and special conferences
Develop a team of people to execute technology for worship services (i.e. Pro Presenter, Sound, Recording service)
Teach and train volunteers as needed
Responsible for maintaining all technology equipment
Attend required staff meetings and leadership team meetings

Work schedule will include most weekends; flexibility based on projects and needed outcomes. Past experience essential. Pay commensurate with experience.
