Job Description:
Family Ministry Pastor
Community Church of Hendersonville (CCH), an interdenominational fellowship of believers in Jesus Christ, is seeking a pastor to lead and develop our Family Ministry team. This full time salaried position leads 2 youth pastors (6th through 12th grades); children’s pastor (infant through 5th); and 2 administrative assistants. Formal training in the areas of pastoral leadership and family development is ideal. This person should first and foremost be characterized as someone who loves God and loves people. Additionally, this person should exhibit leadership skills that build, enhance, and carryout the overall vision of the Family Ministries program as an integral part of the church body.
