Pastor, College/Students (Clinton Campus)

Has God called and equipped you to lead college, high school, and middle school students to learn from Christ, live for Christ and lead others to Christ? Do you love to build servant leader support structures to ensure oversight, discipleship, maturation and encouragement through ministry, particularly small groups? Are you gifted at developing and implementing strategies for leading college students to live missionally and value “going” during their college years? If so, we want to hear from you!

The position of Pastor, College/Students for Pinelake Church’s Clinton Campus is responsible for providing spiritual, visionary, team-based, value-driven leadership for College students as well as Middle School students, High School students, and servant leaders at Pinelake’s Clinton campus in a manner consistent with the purpose, vision, core values and major objectives as expressed in the Strategic Ministry Plan.

God’s man for this role will be an integral member of Pinelake’s Clinton Campus Team with the specific responsibilities of planning, developing, overseeing, and evaluating all components of the College Ministry as well as Student Ministries for grades 6-12; establishing goals and objectives (in conjunction with the Campus Pastor) for the College and Student Ministries and initiate strategies to fulfill them; lead students to value active participation in the ministries of Pinelake Clinton; developing and implementing effective processes to assimilate students into small groups; and supervising the enlistment, training, and evaluation of all volunteer workers in the College and Student Ministries.

The ideal candidate will have at least a bachelor’s degree and four years of experience in a college ministry setting, or an equivalent amount of education and experience. A master’s degree from an accredited seminary is a definite plus.
