Youth Director
Christ United Methodist Church seeks a motivated, creative and organized person who thrives in a team environment to lead its youth ministry. This person must be able to teach students and recruit and train adult leaders. Public speaking ability is a must.

Christ Church pursues a simple process for making disciples: Experience God’s love through worship; Develop relationships in small groups; Revive the world through service. The Youth Director is to create that process of making disciples at a level appropriate to students from 6th-12th grades by providing a worship service, small groups, and service opportunities for youth. This is a full-time position that reports to the Lead Pastor with a salary range of $29,000-$33,000 per year.
