Christ Community Church, a non-denominational church of over 5,000 located in the western suburbs of Chicago, is seeking a part-time, 30 hours per week, Technical Systems Specialist who enjoys blending audio, video and lighting technology to support our weekend services, special events, and visual communications. 3+ years of related work experience, with a solid understanding of A/V/L systems integration and operation with a concentration in live video is important. Understanding of digital media and video compression standards and experience in a church environment is required. We are looking for someone who has experience in live technical production and strong ability in technical systems troubleshooting. A strong passion and giftedness in leadership, shepherding, outreach, and team building are needed for the development, management and propulsion of volunteer teams is a plus.
