Job Description:
We are in search of a PART-TIME (20 hours per week) Worship Director for our Palatine campus. The Worship Director must be a strong fit for this position with respect to their character, competence, connection, culture and commitment as defined by The Chapel. This person must exhibit the "Four Things We Are:" Authentic, Loving, Joyful, and Inspirational. In addition to being a professional-level musician, this person must also be able to lead and develop others in a team-oriented environment.
