Small Group Coordinator/Pastor

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Microchurch Coordinator/Associate Pastor is responsible for assisting the Microchurch Pastor in the oversight and pastoral care of the 75 microchurches at First Assembly. This position reports directly to the Microchurch Pastor and will be helping to oversee the both male and married microchurch leaders of our church. Working with the Microchurch Pastor, fellow staff, and a wide range of volunteers, this person is responsible for leading, facilitating, and growing a network of microchurches geared towards radical discipleship. The position will also be responsible for general pastoral responsibilities and if the skill set is right, be a candidate for pastoring one of our satellite sites in the future.
