Riverside Church is a growing and vibrant church located near the Twin Cities (Minnesota). We embrace an outward focused vision of reaching people for Christ by strategically leaning toward an attractional model of ministry. We are truly grateful and humbled to see God move in hearts of people with first time commitments to Christ, baptisms and life change. We are expanding our Creative Arts team with an individual who is passionate about seeing life change and genuine connection through the creative and technical arts. Candidates should be authentic and confident, have a vibrant relationship with Jesus that others can clearly see and possess skills in the areas of worship leading, technology and media production with a giftedness to lead others.

The Creative Arts Associate will partner with an assist the Creative Arts Pastor in providing leadership and direction to the teams and volunteers in the various focus areas of the Creative Arts Ministry (Worship, Vocal and Instrumental Music, Technical Arts and Media Development). The Creative Arts Associate is a practitioner and champion of excellence and creativity that engages hearts and minds with the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.

We are looking for a dynamic team player that “gets” the creative process, considers themselves to be creative, can execute (finish what is started), and has a proven track record (experience).
