Contemporary Worship Leader

Job Description:
This position will lead the praise band during our Sunday contemporary worship service. Additional duties include: recruiting new musicians for the band, choosing appropriate music for the contemporary service, leading a weekly band practice and working with the pastor to plan the worship service. This is a part time position with the expectation that between worship, practice and planning it should average 8 - 10 hous a week. The compensation for this position is approximately $12,000 annually. This amount may be adjusted for experience. This position could be combined with the part time Youth Pastor position.
