Job Summary:
Worship Pastor reports to the Senior Pastor and directs the planning, organizing, conducting, and evaluation of a comprehensive music program including choirs, praise team, musicals, vocal and/or instrumentalists.
Leads in planning and promoting all age based choir programs. Maintains music library, materials, supplies, musical instruments, and sound equipment.
Administrates the annual music program budget.
Supervises musicians, sound, and media technicians.
Job Requirements:
Requires undergraduate studies and/or seminary.
Previous experience serving on a church staff as Worship Pastor.
Requires commitment to biblical teachings both professionally and personally.
Requires passing a background check.
