Contemporary Praise and Worship Leader

Job Description:
Stonybrook UMC is seeking a qualified, passionate, spiritually-grounded and musically-talented individual to lead an established weekly Contemporary Worship Celebration on Sunday mornings. The worship leader is a vital member of our ministerial team working to bring people into a divine encounter with Jesus Christ through the development, supervision, coordination and leadership of the contemporary praise and worship team. This is a part-time 12-14 hour/ week position.

Measurables include team expansion into three teams, ability to receive and act upon instruction from senior pastor, inclusion of latest trends in contemporary worship elements in our worship celebrations, appropriate team management.
