Children's Pastor / Director

Job Description:
Freshwater Community Church in Wadsworth, Ohio is searching for a highly qualified, highly motivated Children's Pastor/Director to join our pastoral staff and talented team! The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, coordinating and administering an effective children’s ministry and also have a minimum of 30 hours of bible and theology training at an accredited college or seminary. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with parents and meeting the needs of children, helping them find Christ and live life to its fullest. This person will oversee children services, worship and bible studies, coordinate special events, outreach, and provide fellowship and spiritual growth for children. An ability to lead and motivate a team is essential. FCC is a growing multi-generation of over 430 average weekend attendance preparing to relocate to a new facility in the next 2-4 years. Wadsworth is a quiet bedroom community located just 45 minutes from downtown Cleveland. Full time. Competitive salary and benefits package including insurance, retirement, and continuing education.
