Children/Family Pastor

Job Description:
Impact Christian Church in Moon Township, Pennsylvania (Pittsburgh) is searching for the right person to join our staff as Children’s Pastor. This full-time position will oversee our ministry to children (birth-5th grade) and their families. The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:
1. Experience managing a growing Children’s ministry in a multi-service Church larger than 500 in worship attendance.
2. Excellent skills in recruiting, training, and managing volunteers and building teams.
3. Experience developing a Children’s/Family ministry that draws families to faith in Jesus and creates growth in the congregation.
Impact is a casual and contemporary congregation that has made many changes in the last 3 years and is now averaging around 500 in 3 weekend worship services (1 Saturday, 2 Sunday). Our target is “families with children at home through men”.
