Student Pastor (Reservoir Campus)

Has God called you to lead a movement of next-generation leaders to engage and equip students to become Christ-followers? Are you driven to develop a Student Ministry culture that nurtures Christ-followers who value being both a disciple and a disciple-maker? Are you gifted at vision-casting and strategic development for a comprehensive Student Ministry? Do you have at least five years of experience providing directional leadership for a multi-staff Student Ministry of at least 400 students in grades 6-12, as well as college? The position of Student Pastor serves as the lead pastor and directional leader in Pinelake Church’s Reservoir campus Student Ministry and is responsible for the comprehensive development and implementation of Pinelake’s vision, mission, and strategy for ministry to students in grades 6-12 and college.

If you are God’s man for this role, you will be an integral member of Pinelake’s Family Ministry Team with the specific responsibilities of training and nurturing staff and servant leaders for the Student Ministry; providing overall leadership and age-graded vision and strategy; supervising and developing a team of College, High School and Middle School ministry staff; expanding Pinelake’s presence and influence on area school campuses; and ensuring a comprehensive leadership recruitment, development, and shepherding plan to cultivate highly committed, well-equipped, multiplying servant leaders who embrace the vision of student discipleship.

You should have at least a bachelor’s degree and five years of related experience in megachurch setting. A master’s degree from an accredited seminary is highly preferred.
