VIDEO PRODUCTION INTERN
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
• To create video/media content for Lakeside’s weekend services
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting with aspects of pre-production including:
• Input into Project planning by attending Creative and Planning meetings
• Location scouting
• Storyboarding
• Video Equipment preparation & up-keep
Leading video production including:
• Videography using Panasonic P2HD, Canon XL2 or other cameras like iPhone etc.
• On-set lighting & Audio
• Will be asked to film on-location (Guelph and area, as well as Lakeside events)
Leading post-production including:
• Editing in Final Cut Pro
• Capturing and Processing Footage
• Colour Correcting and Audio Correcting
• Motion Graphics in After Effects
Skill and experience with the following a plus:
• Final Cut Studio
• Canon // Panasonic Camcorders
• After Effects
SUPERVISOR: Director of Creative Arts - Chris Deeves
POSITION: Internship
MINISTRY: Creative Arts/Video Production
HOURS/SCHEDULE: 40 hrs/week 1 year minimum Contract
REVISION DATE: Summer 2012
