Job Description:

Christ Church is currently seeking an enthusiastic, very detail oriented, and well organized person with very strong administrative skills to join our staff team. Responsibilities include creating and producing ministry marketing materials, assisting ministry leaders with web content and updating the church website, updating the church database system, planning and facilitating aspects of group meetings, training sessions and special ministry events, producing the weekly church bulletin and other publications as needed, providing general administrative support to multiple ministry leaders, creating and producing various ministry related materials, developing and facilitating the mass email system and process, and other duties as assigned.

-3+ years administrative assistant experience
-2+ years marketing and/or communications experience
-Expertise in MS Office including Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint and Outlook
-Knowledge of computer systems and technology
-Ability to troubleshoot and multi-task
-Ability to support various staff members proactively and work & think outside of the box
-Ability to develop efficient processes to streamline & improve administrative tasks
-Self-starter and self-motivated
-Competent in working both independently and as a member of a team
-Must be a strong believer in Jesus Christ and committed to living out your faith
