Technical Director- Willow Creek Community Church, North Shore Regional Campus

Are you technically skilled in the areas of audio, staging, lighting and video?

Do you enjoy creatively solving technical problems?

Do you have a customer-focused mindset coupled with excellent planning, time management and priority setting abilities?

Are you an approachable, composed, leader who can build, develop, retain, and manage effective teams of volunteers?

Do you desire to use your passions, gifts and experience to glorify God through the local Church?

In this full time role, you will manage and oversee the technical execution of the North Shore Regional Campus programs and ministries. From set up, rehearsals, to the actual services, to tear down, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and leading talented volunteers who will assist with the technical, video and sound needs for the regional campus. If you have 3-5 years production expience, are a fast learner and enjoy shifting gears as you meet the needs of this fast paced ministry, this role may be a fit for you.
