Job Description:
The Orchard Church is a fast growing church that was started six years ago by our Lead Pastor, Doug Dameron.

Our Sunday services are centered around expository verse-by-verse practical teaching and God-honoring contemporary worship. We also focus on intentional discipleship and small groups throughout the week.

We come from a background with Baptist doctrines and distinctives, but we are not focused on labels or denominations.

Our purpose is to make disciples who glorify God by REACHING people for Jesus,
RELATING them to other believers and growing them into passionate REPRODUCING followers of Christ.

In short, our process is REACH, RELATE, REPRODUCE, and we're very passionate and intentional about it.

We are looking for a Student Ministry Director that can line up with our purpose and process and implement it in the Orchard Student Ministry.

...EXPERIENCED IN LEADING A STUDENT MINISTRY, YET TEACHABLE
...& WHO IS ABLE TO WORK IN A HIGH ENERGY ENVIRONMENT
