As of October 1, 2012, we are seeking a part-time “WORSHIP LEADER” who will be in charge of leading an edgy, diverse, modern, loud, high-energy (i.e. Hillsong, Lincoln Brewster, Tomlin, Israel, etc) worship band with corresponding media applications each week at multiple services at one of our Multi-site Campuses.
Applicant must be able to express a total worship ministry philosophy, work well with strong pastoral leadership, and be accountable. He/she must be passionate about his call to ministry and be committed to ministry not just performance. This person must be able to lead multiple worship services. The ideal candidate is one who has a vibrant walk with God, has a pioneering evangelistic spirit, and is in tune with popular culture. He/she would also be a good administrator, detail-oriented, teachable, and willing to work within our vision of Reach, Teach & Release. Must be able to roll with the punches and be flexible!
- Minimum of 1 year experience leading worship in a similar church setting.
- Trained and proficient in vocal and instrumental music.
- Basic music theory and music performance skills required.
All educational levels are encouraged to apply, but a college graduate with significant music, ministry, and leadership experience is preferred or an equivalent real world music ministry experience.

-Develop and lead multiple worship teams
-Disciple team members
-Humbly lead great Christ-centered worship!
-Work with Staff team for overall direction of worship service
-Working knowledge of Digital Performer, Ableton and/or Pro Tools
-Ability and passion for playing with Click Tracks
-Advanced knowledge of Planning Center Online
-Bare bones ability to lead an engage an entire congregation by yourself
-Must be advanced on either Guitar or Keys
Status, Compensation & Hours
This is a part-time position that can grow into a full-time position as your campus grows and thrives. Compensation will depend on the candidate’s education, experience, ability, and life situation. Our candidate will be expected to hold at least one rehearsal per week in addition to leading all the Sunday celebrations along with some office hours and leadership meetings. This position will report to the Worship Arts Pastor and will have a "dotted-line" to the Campus Pastor.
