Job Description:
The Church at Viera is located on the east coast of Central Florida in the newer community of Viera, Florida. We are passionate about life change and life growth through Express (Worship), Connect (Small Groups) and Impact (Mission).

We are seeking a like minded leader as our Pastor of Spiritual Growth. This leader will partner with the Executive Team to establish strategic direction and priorities for the church, oversee the implementation of key initiatives, and provide direct leadership for adult ministry groups with oversight of assigned family ministry staff. As part of the Executive Team, it is essential for the Lead Pastor and this person to have a strong trust-based relationship resulting in a seamless working partnership.

This role is responsible for all aspects of building community through strong, healthy, and growing small groups.
