Job Description:
Newsong North Orange County (NOC), a multi-ethnic, believer driven and seeker-friendly congregation in North Orange County, is seeking a full-time Worship / Creative Arts Pastor. Newsong's one word vision is reconciliation. We are a church for the misfits. Our core values are Christ (deepening our personal relationship with Jesus), Community (experiencing authentic relationships with one another), and Cause (using our time, talents, and treasures to transform lives).

The Worship Pastor will:

* Lead congregation of 200+ adults in weekly contemporary worship services at 2 services. (Average age 20s-30s)

* Oversee the Sunday experience from the parking lot to the auditorium seats.

* Be an integral part of NOC's Creative Arts Ministry (CAM), which includes the Worship Team, Computer Graphics (CG) team, and Sound Team. Actively shepherd CAM members and seek to develop their leadership potential.

* Develop weekly setlist through consultation with each week's speaker.

* Coordinate and schedule volunteer worship team members.

* Schedule and lead weekly worship practices.

* Recruit and develop volunteer musicians and vocalists for worship team.

* Be a servant leader who is willing to help out with all aspects of worship service, with ability to handle the challenges of setting up each week as we do not have our own building.

* Actively participate in developing and implementing creative elements in the Sunday experience
