Job Description:
Are you a talented, experienced worship leader with a passion to lead people toward greater connection to God through worship?

Do you lose sleep over considering ways to maximize participation, be multisensory, engage multiple historical traditions or musical styles in the ways you lead worship?

If so, please consider joining us at the DuPage Campus of Willow Creek Community Church. We are looking for a creative and cutting edge person to lead and to provide vocal leadership from the platform, assist with the planning and execution of our services, and shepherd worship volunteers throughout the week. Applicants must have previous experience leading worship in a paid capacity.

This role is responsible for the leadership, creation and execution of highly engaging worship and programmatic experiences for the two weekend services, and special events. You will utilize your leadership skills and creative communication in the way you:
• Envision, develop and execute all creative elements of the service with a high performing leadership team.
• Recruit, select, and retain a robust volunteer team.
• Oversee the technical and spiritual development of the programming and production staff and volunteer teams.
