Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced director who can help us better communicate and unify our staff, volunteers and community around our vision as a church. This person needs to be experienced in organizational communications, strategic planning, creative arts and be a follower of Jesus. The Communications Director needs to be able to connect relationally at every level of the organization and have experience managing teams. The individual in this role will work closely with Cornerstone’s Executive Team and with the Lead Pastor. We would like this person to have at least 5 years of Communications experience and a bachelor's degree, preferably also in Communications.
