Northside Christian Church (NCC) is looking for an energetic, engaging, creative person to lead our Early Childhood Ministry in the spiritual formation of families. This role will help shepherd new and existing families through personal interaction and classroom experiences. The correct candidate will have a heart for building good foundations and a desire to see the body of Christ grow in new and fresh ways.
Qualifications:
The correct person will have a life that is aligned to the character and priorities of Jesus Christ:
• Total dependence on God and the Holy Spirit (John 5:19)
• To make disciples who can make disciples (Matthew 28:18-20)
• To walk as Jesus walked in everyday living (1 John 2:6)
• To love God with everything they are (Mark 12:30-31)
• Submitted and obedient to Jesus as the Head of the Church
• Committed to maintaining a real and authentic relationship with Him, both in their personal and public life.
Out of submission to Christ, they submit to the authority of and actively engage in the direction set forth by the leadership of NCC (Eph. 3:10-11, 5:22-32, Titus 3:1-2).
This position will lead through recruiting, equipping, and casting vision to teams of early childhood volunteers for our weekend services. This role requires a relationship driven person who is able to build healthy long-lasting teams. The successful candidate will creatively engage young families who have yet to connect with Northside.
