Worship Pastor

Job Description:
Central - Round Rock, a growing church northeast of Austin, Texas, is looking for a leader who has a strong passion for God and the things of God. A man who is a deep and daily worshipper of God, who from the overflow of a personal experience with God will lead the congregation in worship. As Central moves forward our growth demands that we go to three services and two Bible Fellowship times in the next year.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent vocal and instrumental abilities and a commitment to building and leading a talented team of vocalists and instrumentalists. This candidate will have the creative aptitude to turn a gymatorium into a place for vibrant worship. He will connect well with seekers and believers as he facilitates life-changing worship. He will oversee all aspects of Central's worship ministries.

This person will be the primary leader of our worship and creative arts ministry and work with the Senior Pastor and Executive Pastor in the creative and strategic needs of worship ministry.
