New Venture Christian Fellowship in North San Diego County is hiring a Worship Leader. Primary duty will be leading a high energy, impacting worship experience at all 3 weekend services. Must be able to lead a congregation in worship with strong speaking/singing
skills and stage presence. Ability to play keys or guitar preferred as well as experience in leading and directing music teams(both band and vocals).
The ability to instruct and lead in various forms of musical style including Chris Tomlin, David Crowder, Israel Houghton and Kirk Franklin. From contemporary Christian to Gospel
