StoneRidge Fellowship Baptist Church, a suburban church nearing 800, is seeking an Executive Pastor, reporting directly to the Lead Pastor providing oversight of and expansion plans for this vibrant congregation. This church is centered in Lower Sackville which is a part of the Halifax Regional Municipality of Nova Scotia, Canada.

StoneRidge is looking for a highly qualified person to fulfill this Executive Position. Assets would include an educational degree or equivalency, pertinent to the carrying out of executive responsibilities related to a multi-staff church and with significant attendance, personnel and facility realities.

Although applicants are not required to have been ordained to Christian ministry, biblical and theological training will factor in possible interviews for this opportunity, as well as a sense of call to ministry. It is expected that the chosen candidate will support the doctrinal positions and policies of the church. A minimum of five years of experience of high level leadership in the church, educational or corporate environment is required.
