Church Overview:
Woodside Bible Church is a non-denominational, multisite church in the Detroit Metro area with 7 campuses, and is based out of Troy, MI. The White Lake Campus has been in existence for 4 years and is one of our fastest growing campuses with many young families.

Woodside is a Bible teaching, worship driven church with a value on shaping kids spiritual and moral development through strong and creative Bible teaching. Woodside is an Orange Church and familiarity or experience with the Orange strategy would be beneficial.

Position Overview:
Woodside Kids Director serves as a member of the Family Ministry Staff, and is under the leadership of the Campus Pastor, and direction of the Family Ministry Pastor. The Woodside Kids Director will be responsible for all kids programing, developing leaders and teams to facilitate ministry, and work as campus team to help grow White Lake campus.

Compensation:
This is a 30 hour a week, salaried (non-exempt) position with paid time off: vacation and holidays. Actual compensation is partially based on education and experience.


Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate would have strong leadership and organizational skills. Be friendly, outgoing, relational, approachable, an influencer and motivator. As the champion for Kids ministry He/she must be able to cast vision and have the ability to inspire and motivate people around the vision. He/she must be passionate about families and children and able to relate well with children and parents.

Previous experience in church kids ministry leadership, and college education is a plus.
