Job Description:
Ladies—does God have a call on your life to disciple female High School students? Are you passionate about enlisting, developing, building relationships with, and casting vision to volunteer servant leaders? Do you love to lead and disciple servant leaders to become more spiritually healthy?
The position of High School Minister for Pinelake Church’s Reservoir Campus is responsible for shepherding and guiding the spiritual development of female High School students, while primarily leading through the investment in servant leaders who live out the ministry vision and mission.
If you are God’s woman for this role, you will be an integral member of Pinelake’s Family Ministry Team with the specific responsibilities of enlisting and training servant leaders connected to the High School Ministry (in conjunction with the High School Pastor); leading ministry and discipleship efforts that address the issues facing female High School students; planning and preparing Student Ministry events, both weekly and special events throughout the year; establishing and maintaining a presence on local school campuses; and a variety of administrative tasks, such as calendaring, budgeting, and ministry reporting.
You should have at least a bachelor’s degree and three years of related experience. A master’s degree from an accredited seminary is a strong plus.
