Executive Secretary
Executive Secretary

1. Provides administrative support for Senior Pastor and Associate Pastor,
2. Recruits for and coordinates the Office Volunteer Ministry Team:
3. Supports the Dundee Presbyterian Session and Board of Deacons
4. Provides administrative support for worship services:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1.Ongoing relationship with Jesus Christ and active membership in a Christian congregation
2. Working knowledge of standard office equipment, including copiers, phones, calculators and fax machines
3. Strong working knowledge of computers and proficiency in Microsoft Office products

Education and Experience: Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a senior level administrative assistant
