We are seeking to hire a Youth Pastor to maximize the impact on the middle and senior high students in our church and our community. We are looking for a missional, dynamic, energetic person with excellent communication skills to provide the leadership necessary for a comprehensive youth ministry that is consistent with the mission and vision of Mason First Church of the Nazarene. We have just celebrated the grand opening of our new 17,000 square foot community student center that will enhance our ministry to youth and families in our community called the ROC , our Recreational Outreach Center. This top notch facility is poised to enable our church to continue to impact the culture of our community thus advancing God’s kingdom in a powerful way!

Mason is a bedroom community to Lansing Michigan, the state capital of Michigan, and nearby Michigan State University. Experience in the spiritual formation of youth and their families and the mobilizing of a lay leadership team is required. This is a full-time position, with benefits.
