Morning Star Church in O'Fallon, MO is a dynamic contemporary church that is passionate about meeting people where they are and helping them to take next steps in their spiritual journey. As God continues to bless and we continue to grow we are seeking to call a Life on Mission Pastor to help guide, mold, and direct the vision of the church as it relates to outreach, missions, and discipleship.

The Life on Mission Pastor is an executive level position that forms and creates communities that implement and deploy the mission of MSC in everyday life through groups, teams, and outreach. Currently this is realized through Small Groups, Hospitality Teams, Community Outreach, and Discipleship. In essence, this position will be responsible for the training and equipping of the communities of MSC and the deployment and empowerment of mission. The Life on Mission Pastor will cast vision for Spiritual Development and Growth, communicate the MSC ministry philosophy, and implement the structure and strategy in support of the vision of the church. Incumbent will be a leader of leaders, who coordinate and lead teams of both staff and volunteers to deliver engaging ministry to MSC’s adult population consistent with the overall mission of the church. Incumbent will be committed to and support the philosophy and mission of Morning Star Church and its leadership team.
