The position of Technical Director for Pinelake Church’s Reservoir campus is responsible for recruiting, equipping, spiritually shepherding, and providing overall leadership to the technical teams (audio, lighting, video, stage hands) at the
Reservoir Campus’ two worship venues.
Specific responsibilities include recruiting, equipping, leading, and spiritually caring for Pinelake’s Reservoir campus technical personnel, including FOH audio, monitor audio, lighting, and stagehands; overseeing the live video production (IMAG) team; providing
supervisory leadership to the staff Video Production Specialist; equipping and scheduling servant leaders for all the worship production roles at two Reservoir Campus venues; maintaining worship production gear; approving and providing A/V support for events
at the Reservoir campus, including weddings, funerals, Bible studies, occasional outside events, etc.; and consulting and/or assisting in design on all technical installs or upgrades for all Pinelake campuses.
You should have at least a bachelor’s degree and three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent amount of education and experience. Demonstrated skill in FOH audio and lighting is essential, and a strong musical ear is a definite plus.
