Frankenmuth Bible Church
Job Description:
Frankenmuth is a beautiful town in mid-Michigan located between the cities of Flint and Saginaw. Frankenmuth's population is approximately 4300 but draws nearly a million tourists each year with its many festivals, historic sites and architecture, gift shops and restaurants. Rich in German heritage and tradition, Frankenmuth is a family and faith oriented community.

Frankenmuth Bible Church, now thirty years old, is in a season of transition. We are seeking an individual called by God to be our next Lead Pastor with a minimum of ten years full-time ministry experience. We desire for him to possess a Bible or preferably a seminary degree as well as considerable ministry teaching experience and proven leadership skills having served in a multi-staff setting.

We are seeking a man who has a compelling vision for outreach, small groups, and equipping others as they discover and exercise their spiritual gifts. He will be a man of humility, valuing transparency and authenticity in relationships. He will also be highly relational, loving and caring for those in our church family and building relationships in our community. As Lead Pastor, he will desire to grow personally and professionally and will be intentional in this pursuit. Please submit a cover letter and detailed resume, including spiritual gifts, to Lynn Kidd at lynnk@frankenmuthbible.com. Resumes will be accepted for thirty days.
