Job Description:
Beulah Alliance Church invites applications for the permanent, full-time position of Worship & Arts Associate Pastor.

This position is responsible to lead our artistic and production departments.

Beulah has a heritage of evangelistic outreach, innovative approaches to ministry and growth that spans over a 90 year history. Our desire is to be a reproducing church that creates multi-site venues throughout the city. The average weekend attendance is over 2000 and continues to grow. Beulah’s mission is to reach, teach and equip people to know, love and serve Jesus Christ. We are seeking a leader with experience in producing and directing large events with strong project management, technical and planning skills. A perfect opportunity for someone who is technically savvy and not afraid to push boundaries, this position is ideal for a candidate with a deep sense of emotional intelligence and spiritual authenticity.

Moving to a high impact worship experience is paramount for the future. Leveraging creativity, production and “excellence” as a means to a greater end, resulting in spiritual vibrancy and emotional impact is our goal.

We have invested in significant audio, visual and lighting technology that our volunteers are at the helm of every weekend - stewarding these resources to facilitate the message and genuine worship experience. Talent thrives in all areas from point leadership (paid and volunteer) to those who volunteer on our many teams.

Our services are “seeker accessible” with our Saturday night option offering more “edgy” programming, including a healthy volume of close to 100 dB’s of high quality sound. We are blessed with a stable base of worship leaders (male and female) who bring different styles and strengths to the weekends. While our musical style is varied from week to week we are clearly committed to a more contemporary approach.
