Are you a musical entrepreneur of sorts? Are you solid in your theology? Can you plan, organize and lead? Do you get over-the-top excited when someone commits to follow Christ? Are you relevant but not necessarily trendy? Can you appreciate and lead in a variety of worship styles? If this is you, let's talk.
Our church in Cincinnati is looking for a multi-tasking Worship Arts Pastor- someone who isn't just a song leader, but a shepherd who can cast a vision and motivate others to follow. This is a full-time position and the ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in music, theology, leadership or a related field and at least 5 years experience leading worship.
