Job Description:
The Young Adult Ministry Internship at Grant is designed to offer university/college students an opportunity to work with the young adults’ ministry of a large, active congregation within a multi-staff setting. The intern experience is seen as an intentional method of training future church leaders, and a professional approach to the development of servant leaders. The Young Adults Ministry Intern is a student, an apprentice, and a staff member who has specific responsibilities and training opportunities. The successful intern will assist in establishing a community of discipleship which includes, evangelism, study, and service that is relevant for our young adults.
