Spring Lake Wesleyan Church has an opening for an experienced Children's Ministry Pastor. This role might be perfect for you if:

You measure your success by how well others are equipped to execute the ministry

You enjoy developing strategic and executable ideas for parents to cultivate their children’s spiritual growth

You have a proven record of developing systems and processes for effective communication and growth in all aspects of the ministry

You shepherd volunteers and staff with passion, have a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset

The position requires a minimum of two years' experience leading a Children's Ministry. Licensing and ordination in the Wesleyan Church is preferred. This role offers a competitive benefits package.
