Video Production Specialist

Job Description:
Victory Church is seeking a VIDEO PRODUCTION SPECIALIST (VPS) to lead our video department. This person would be responsible to produce, under the direction of the service producer, videos to be shown in the church for message enhancement, seasonal productions, etc. Also, the VPS will be responsible for directing a multi camera shoot each week for live image mag and to be shown on the church website.
Requirements:
* 3 years experience in on-site and studio videography and post-production editing
* Intense creativity in putting videos together
* Knowledge in Final Cut Production Suite a must
* Ability to mange and mentor a team of 30-40 volunteers
* Ability to produce and direct a live broadcast
* A passion for God and an active worshipper
* An outlook that views this position as ministry and not just a job
