Job Description:
The Director of Video Arts will possess the technical skills to personally create outstanding and artistic videos in a diversity of styles. Equally important, this person will be a team-building leader who maximizes the output of our team of video specialists. As such, this person will manage the workflow of video projects, ensure the highest quality of videos, match the needs of each project with the talents and abilities of the video production staff, and lead, mentor and manage all members of the team. Successful candidates will have proficiency and significant experience in non-linear editing software as well as various filming techniques, formats, and locations. Must be able to effectively lead and manage multiple direct reports and produce projects from start to finish.
